1. Can I return my order?
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

5. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase if they haven’t shipped yet.
Once shipped, we cannot modify or cancel the order.
6. Customs & Restricted Countries
We’ll do our best to help with customs clearance, but cannot guarantee successful delivery in countries that
restrict or prohibit adult products.
If goods are detained or destroyed by customs, we cannot be held responsible.
7. Who pays for return shipping?
If the return is due to personal reasons, the customer covers the shipping fee.
If the return is due to a product issue or our mistake, we’ll cover all shipping costs.
